We're hiring a Principal Engineer to step into a critical gap on a large-scale platform rebuild, now moving into production and customer migration. You'll operate as a technical leader across multiple squads, shaping architecture, mentoring leads, and unblocking delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven Principal-level experience (80% Architecture/design - 20% Coding)
- Strong in AWS, TypeScript, event-driven systems
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems
- Someone collaborative, hands-on, and pragmatic
Desirable
- Salesforce Experience as this is their main CRM system
Contract Details:
- Rate: £550-£625 per day
- Contract: Outside IR35
- Location: London hybrid - ideally twice a week
- Duration: Initial 3 month contract
- Start date: Immediate
