ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Preparing cost plans, BOQs and budget appraisals
  • Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
  • Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin
  • Running tender processes and producing tender reports
  • Chairing project meetings and leading client communication
  • Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging
  • Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of cost management and contracts
  • Confidence leading meetings and managing clients
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards
  • RICS qualified or working towards (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
