You’ll join a respected consultancy where you’re not just another cog in a huge team, you’ll work directly with Directors, lead your own projects, and have a genuine voice in how things are delivered.

  • Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
  • Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin
  • Chairing project meetings and leading client communication
  • Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging
  • Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager
  • Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards
  • Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
  • Real autonomy you’ll run your own projects, not just support someone else's
  • Broader remit QS + EA + PM, ideal if you want to grow beyond pure cost work
