- Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
- Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin
- Chairing project meetings and leading client communication
- Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging
- Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager
- Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
- Real autonomy you’ll run your own projects, not just support someone else's
- Broader remit QS + EA + PM, ideal if you want to grow beyond pure cost work
