Plumber/Multi – Homerton, London – Temp to Perm Planned maintenance (PPM’s) and reactive maintenance service (including out of hours call-out cover). Plumbing bias – Level 2 or higher plumbing qualification. Is a static position based at The John Howard Centre in Homerton, London Hospital. This is a mental health care contract (The JHC a secure site) so experience in this environment would be beneficial or within other healthcare environments. Plumbing experience gained within other commercial environments also considered There are 3 sites on this contract and The John Howard Centre the main base. One site can be walked but the other is a little further afield. The candidate will have access to a pool van which they can use if they need to travel to another site and also when they are on-call. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm On-call and overtime. Standby allowance £75 for the week and overtime paid for a minimum 2 hours per call out at either time and a half if Monday to Saturday or double time if Sunday or Bank Holiday. Plus a day off in lieu if called out on a Bank Holiday. The on-call is 1 in every 5 weeks approx.
