We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Carers to join our growing team, supporting people within their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Previous care experience is beneficial; however, what matters most is your kindness, reliability, and genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's day. Shift Patterns

We offer flexible working opportunities within the following shift times: 7:00am - 2:00pm, 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Carer, you will:

  • Support clients with personal care and medication assistance
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence
  • Support clients with appointments and liaise with families and healthcare professionals when required
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
