Package

  • Β£13.50 per hour (+Β£2 overtime rate)

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (manual) essential
  • Experience in social care and leading a team
  • Ability to write and review support plans and risk assessments
  • Strong organisational skills for rota management and meetings
  • Compassion, patience and emotional resilience
  • A positive, proactive and person-centred approach

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
  • Lead, support and supervise a team of Support Workers
  • Arrange and lead team meetings and individual reviews
  • Write, update and implement support plans and risk assessments
  • Manage rotas and coordinate appointments
  • Support with goal setting and skill development
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered
  • Build positive relationships with the individual supported, encouraging independence and choice
