- Β£13.50 per hour (+Β£2 overtime rate)
- Β£55.35 sleep rate
- 30+ hours per week (and possible sleep-in)

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (manual) essential
- Experience in social care and leading a team
- Ability to write and review support plans and risk assessments
- Strong organisational skills for rota management and meetings
- Compassion, patience and emotional resilience
- A positive, proactive and person-centred approach
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead, support and supervise a team of Support Workers
- Arrange and lead team meetings and individual reviews
- Write, update and implement support plans and risk assessments
- Manage rotas and coordinate appointments
- Support with goal setting and skill development
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered
- Build positive relationships with the individual supported, encouraging independence and choice
