Pensions Project Coordinator - 9 Month Contract (Inside IR35) Location: London (Hybrid) Contract Length: 9 months (starting October) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Day Rate: Competitive About the Role Our client, a well-established investment management organisation, is seeking an experienced pensions/benefits contractor to join their HR team on a 9-month contract to support a live Pension Migration project. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone comfortable working across employee query handling, data reconciliation, and pension process support. Key Responsibilities Support employee and member pension queries across a wide variety of areas, using an existing knowledge bank as reference and exercising judgement on a case-by-case basis Check and reconcile monthly pension files across multiple participating entities Support the annual pension project (bonus waiver and annual pensionable salary review), including entity queries, employee communications, and processing during this higher-intensity period Support the wider pension migration project - reviewing data reports, contributing to process improvements, and coordinating with stakeholders across the business About You Strong pensions/HR benefits administration background, with the ability to handle both simple and complex queries Advanced Excel skills, with proven experience managing and reconciling data at volume Comfortable working independently and exercising judgement on varied, case-by-case queries Experience working across multiple entities or stakeholder groups Able to flex into higher-intensity periods during seasonal peaks (e.g. annual salary review cycles) Previous experience within financial services or a similarly regulated environment is advantageous Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien
