Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a role that offers the perfect work-life balance while allowing you to make a real difference to children's lives?

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated practitioner to join our friendly team in a welcoming and vibrant Children's Centre based in Tower Hamlets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children thrive, families are supported, and staff are genuinely valued.

The role is part-time 1pm-6pm.

About the Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: Provide high-quality care and education for children.

Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.

Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.

Contribute to observations, assessments and planning in line with the EYFS.

Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can flourish.

What We're Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

Sound knowledge of the EYFS.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach.
