Salary: Up to £37,000, dependent on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week (Early, mid and late shifts including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays)

The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and teamwork, while helping to inspire, train and develop the brigade.   • Solid knowledge of EHO and Health & Hygiene regulations
