We are recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Night Porter to join a prestigious hospitality environment.

As the Night Porter, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the smooth overnight operation, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience.
- Welcoming guests, assisting with late check-ins and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing overnight security, monitoring the premises and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where required.
- Supporting bookings for members and guests, including restaurant reservations and room bookings.
- Using internal systems and carrying out a variety of operational tasks to support the wider team.
The successful Night Porter will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous experience working as a Night Porter or within hospitality/customer service is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office and email.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, positive and friendly attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
