Hands-On Leadership Role in Fast-Growing ITAD Business
We're working with a rapidly growing business within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and electronics refurbishment sector, looking for a hands-on Operations / Processing Manager to lead a busy, high-volume processing facility. This is a real operational leadership role - you'll be on the floor every day driving performance, solving problems, and ensuring IT equipment is processed efficiently, securely, and to a high standard from intake through to dispatch.

What You'll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of daily operations within an ITAD / refurbishment processing environment
- Lead and support supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff
- Drive KPIs across productivity, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency
- Oversee end-to-end flow of IT assets through secure processing stages
- Work with operational systems supporting IT asset tracking, processing workflows, and data erasure stages
- Maintain strong stock control, accuracy, and chain of custody discipline
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical, fast-moving improvements
- Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and operational standards
- Work closely with logistics, compliance, and senior leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience in ITAD, electronics refurbishment, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or similar process-driven environments
- Strong technical understanding of operational systems, ideally including ERP platforms such as Odoo and data erasure software such as Blancco
- Strong people leadership experience in operational settings
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance
- Hands-on, visible leadership style (not office-based management)
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments
- Confident communicator who can engage teams at all levels
Nice to Have
- ITAD / secure asset processing / electronics refurbishment experience
- ERP / WMS / inventory systems exposure
- Lean / 5S / continuous improvement mindset
- IOSH / NEBOSH or H&S awareness
