Machine Operator Packaging Company Location: Desborough We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to join a busy packaging company based in Desborough. Shifts Available: Rotating Double Days: 6:00am 2:00pm 2:00pm 10:00pm Pay Rate:£13.34 per hour Night Shift: 10:00pm 6:00am Pay Rate:£14.66 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring packaging machinery Ensuring products meet quality standards Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults Keeping the work area clean and safe Following health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For: Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential Good attention to detail Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work rotating shifts where required This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established packaging company offering competitive rates of pay and ongoing work.
