A 12-month FTC at £55K plus benefits. This international organisation is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead a small team (4 people) for a 12-month period covering maternity leave.
The Manager will be expected to work on and develop a varied series of campaigns, some generated by outside agencies, to reach a younger target market, typically between 16-25 years of age. This role involves managing a variety of national and international campaigns that may need to be amended or changed depending upon reach and success. These campaigns will involve social media, events, print, influencer, and online activities, so it is essential that the Manager can lead the team in responding to the demands of all these types of campaigns.
It is a busy, vibrant, and involved role that offers challenges but also a great deal of satisfaction as targets and outcomes can be clearly recognised.
Candidates will need to have the following:
- Experience of managing/leading a team
- Demonstrable history of marketing to the youth market across most media
- Strong, clear communication skills and excellent reporting abilities, particularly data-driven
- Experience working with outside agencies
- Responsibility for larger budgets
