Machine Operator Packaging Company
Location: Desborough
We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to join a busy packaging company based in Desborough.
Shifts Available:
Rotating Double Days:
- 6:00am 2:00pm
- 2:00pm 10:00pm
- Pay Rate:£13.34 per hour
Night Shift:
- 10:00pm 6:00am
- Pay Rate:£14.66 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring packaging machinery
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting faults
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotating shifts where required
