Our established client, a leading technology services provider based in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Assembly, Staging & Deployment Manager to lead a key operational function within their Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people manager with a background in operations, technical services or supply chain to oversee the assembly, refurbishment, staging and deployment of technology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, develop and motivate the Assembly, Staging & Deployment team.
  • Plan resources and workloads to meet customer deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and operational reporting.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Manage stock, asset control and operational compliance.
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational and customer issues.
  • Build strong relationships across Projects, Sales and Operations.
  • Promote a positive health & safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Previous experience managing operational or technical teams.
