What you will be doing:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Deliver full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas, ensuring high-quality and timely hires.
- Talent Acquisition System Implementation: Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ATS and recruitment technology.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows through system capabilities and automation.
