We're recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy transport operation in New Malden (KT3). This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for full-time, ongoing work Monday - Friday, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
- Load and secure goods safely.
- Carry out deliveries accurately and on time.
- Complete delivery paperwork and any COD records.
- Follow delivery routes and company procedures.
- Communicate with the transport office regarding delays or issues.
- Comply with all driving, tachograph and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence (held for at least 3 years).
- Valid Driver CPC (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional and punctual.
- Able to work to delivery schedules.
