The Role

As Senior Health & Safety Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Health & Safety systems, policies, and procedures
  • Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across all departments
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees
