NEW MOBILISATION*** We are looking for a number of Multi-Trade Plumbers, with Social Housing experience, to join a large maintenance contractor, who have been awarded a brand new 6 year contract, to deliver all the day to day maintenance work for a large Housing Association in the Southampton and surrounding areas. With the contract kicking off in January 2025, we are looking to get perspective candidates vetted and interviewed ASAP, with a view of starting in January. These roles will predominately involve working inside domestic properties, carrying out general day to day maintenance work. You will be supplied with a company van, fuel card and PDA. You will be hired initially on a temp to perm basis, with an hourly rate of somewhere between £17 to £18p/h depending on skill set and experience. The ideal candidate will have Social Housing experience and live in and around Yeovill or the surrounding areas.
