This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with social housing experience who are looking to contribute to the upkeep of homes across North London. Key Responsibilities: Undertake general multi-trade repairs across a range of social housing properties. Perform maintenance tasks in occupied homes, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with company policies. Work efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to residents and ensure the safety and cleanliness of work areas.Requirements: Proven experience in multi-trade repairs within social housing. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
