Multi Trade Foreman

Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for Multi Trade Foreman and General Building Foreman to work on behalf of our leading contractor client based in Swindon, on a permanent basis.

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to add to their special projects team, who conduct a mix of Commercial and Domestic property Refurbishment, Maintenance and Extension projects for private and public sector clients.

This is a very mixed role and our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled candidate to assist with projects and access career progression into contract managment.

Requirements:

• Core trade background within Carpentry or General Building.
• Multi-Skilled background within Groundworks, Bricklaying, Extensions, Refurbishments, Framework Maintenance, Repairs and Maintenance.
• Taking a sensible approach to H&S.
• Ensure work is carried out in a safe, efficient and tidy manner.
• Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives as required.
• Preferable: SSSTS, COSH, NEBOSH & SMSTS.

Package Offering:

• Salary expectations from 36,000 to 42,000 per annum.
