Multi Skilled Engineer – HVAC Engineer Bias (Refrigeration) Location: White City/ Stratford City/ East London Area. Salary- Upto 44k basic annual Resourcing Group is working with FM Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK. We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores. You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time. You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive approach to work. You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required. The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service. You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role. It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights, are available to join a call out rota, and hold a full UK driving license.
