We are currently recruiting a Mould Setter to work within a manufacturing organisation based near the south coast. You will benefit from joining this very friendly and loyal team who work closely together to support a fast-paced environment.
Working within this very well-established organisation, the Mould Setter is responsible for supporting the production environment whilst supporting continuous improvement activities within the wider business.

Responsibilities:- The Mould Setter is responsible for ensuring a safe and clean working environment for yourself and others, whilst taking part in continuous improvement and lean activities.
- Your main and primary role is the setting and operating a range of injection moulding machinery to support the production output.
- Injection moulding experience, with a proven track record of operating a range of machinery.
- Proven hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Have at least 5 years of experience working with a number of OEM injection moulding machinery.
- Good experience leading or supporting lean and continuous improvement activities.
- Friendly and adaptable with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
- Proactive, self-starter work attitude and can be flexible and able to give & take on start & finish times when necessary.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the Site Health and Safety instructions and the Health and Safety manual & relevant engineering standards.
