An established facilities and maintenance provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Combustion Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across sites in the Midlands, with a primary focus on Stoke-on-Trent. This is a mobile role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out maintenance and repair of heating and hot water systems, along with general plumbing works
- Diagnose faults accurately and carry out effective repairs
- Complete installation works and all relevant certification
- Undertake basic building fabric repairs when required
- Ensure plant faults and defects are rectified promptly to maintain operational performance
- Manage spares requirements, including producing parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works
- Complete Point of Work Risk Assessments (POWRA) prior to starting work
- Record and report safety concerns via the relevant reporting system
- Attend site in response to breakdowns or equipment failures, including participation in an on-call rota
- Work in accordance with contractual requirements and client authorisation

- MEWP licence
- First Aid training
