Connaught Resourcing is a trusted specialist in healthcare recruitment, proudly partnering with urgent and primary care providers across the UK. We are currently supporting a valued client in the Nottinghamshire area with the recruitment of Advanced Clinical Practitioners for ongoing temporary assignments.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting OOH service delivering F2F clinical assessments. You'll support and mentor colleagues, contribute to service evolution, and work closely with multi-professional teams covering OOH, telephone triage, clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement.
- Deliver high-quality, safe clinical consultations in line with policies, pathways and professional standards
- Provide senior clinical support and expertise to colleagues
- Prescribe independently in accordance with policy and current antimicrobial guidance
- Contribute to training, education, audit and service development activities
- Support multidisciplinary working and effective communication with partners across urgent care services
- Actively participate in continuous quality improvement and governance processes
Requirements:
- Registered Health Care Professional (NMC / HCPC) with excellent standing
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (RCN credentialing/digital badge)
- Independent Non-Medical Prescribing qualification
- Experience with telephone triage and out-of-hours clinical work
- Evidence of teaching, training or workforce development experience
