Real projects. Real responsibility. Real impact.

What We're Looking For

You are likely someone who:

  • Has 5+ years experience in electrical building services design
  • Is comfortable running projects without hand-holding

  • Enjoys being busy and working at pace
  • Takes pride in accuracy and quality
  • Experience with Revit and BIM coordination is a big plus.

The Type of Person Who Fits Here:

  • You take ownership.
  • You're the person who, when things get busy, doesn't panic, you get sharper.

What You'll Get:

  • A strong pipeline of varied projects
  • Autonomy and trust
  • A supportive team around you
  • The chance to influence how things are done
  • Clear progression as the company grows
