Funding Manager - Property Finance

Our client, a leading specialist property finance has an opportunity for a Funding Manager to join their Treasury team, playing a key role in how they fund their lending.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll manage the funding processes, support liquidity planning, and keep reporting accurate for both third-party funders and internal teams.

It's a great opportunity to join a respected, financial services provider in a commercial, fast paced environment.

Acting as the main point of contact for senior funders on our revolving credit lines and facilities.

Preparing monthly IPD documentation and managing all loan data tapes.

Working with underwriting, finance and servicing teams to monitor and forecast loan completions, redemptions and available capital.

Keeping data accurate within our CRM.

Supporting Investor Relations and the CFO as needed.

Funding experience in bridging or development finance.

Familiarity with specialist lending systems (Dynamics CRM a plus, but not essential).

Available to start immediately.

This is a temp-to-perm role, so you'll need to be ready to hit the ground running with the intention of going permanent.
