We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to support a well-established organisation across three sites in Woodley, Tilehurst and Maidenhead. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on maintaining safe, well-presented outdoor environments, carrying out inspections, and completing general maintenance and repair work across multiple locations.

As the Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for:

  • Complete weekly and monthly inspections of all equipment
  • Record findings and actions within the CAFM system
  • Arrange annual inspections
  • Identify and address any potential hazards
  • Carry out minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with contractors
  • Support project planning for refurbishments when needed
