We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working across social housing sites in the Bristol and Bath areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician to secure a temp-to-perm role with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
  • Complete reports and documentation accurately using the company's systems.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency callouts when required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • ECS Card or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within social housing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving License.

Desirable:

  • 2391 or equivalent Testing and Inspection qualification.
  • Experience using maintenance management software.

Working hours are typically Monday to Friday with overtime available. Competitive call-out and overtime rates. All tools and PPE will be provided.
