Coffee Technician to join their growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing first-class customer service and has a practical, hands-on approach.
You'll visit some of London's most prestigious businesses, ensuring their premium coffee machines are cleaned, maintained and performing at their very best.
No previous coffee machine experience? No problem. If you're technically minded with the right attitude, full training will be provided.
The Role
As a Coffee Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on high-end commercial coffee machines across London.
Your responsibilities will include
- Cleaning and maintaining premium coffee machines.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Replacing service parts where required.
- Identifying minor faults and escalating where necessary.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every visit.
- Managing your daily schedule efficiently across London.
- Representing the business professionally at customer sites.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a practical mindset.
You'll ideally have experience as a
- Technician
- Photocopier Engineer
- Printer Engineer
- Vending Engineer
- Facilities Technician
- Maintenance Technician
- Handyman
- Field Service Technician
Or you may simply be someone who enjoys fixing things and is confident using hand tools.
You'll also have
