We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy and dynamic kitchen environment based in the NN4 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic culinary experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities as Chef de Partie:

  • Assisting in the preparation of dishes within your assigned section, with guidance from senior kitchen staff.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across your designated kitchen area.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support daily operations.
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.
  • Supporting smooth kitchen service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements as Chef de Partie:

  • Basic experience within a kitchen environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Experience working with high-volume service (e.g. 100 covers) is beneficial.

  • Must be able to complete 5 years vetting.
