We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy and dynamic kitchen environment based in the NN4 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic culinary experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a professional kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities as Chef de Partie:
- Assisting in the preparation of dishes within your assigned section, with guidance from senior kitchen staff.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across your designated kitchen area.
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support daily operations.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.
- Supporting smooth kitchen service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements as Chef de Partie:
- Basic experience within a kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
