The main function of the successful candidate will be to provide confidential and effective administrative and secretarial support across the business, with a particular focus on the office of the Global CEO.
Duties:- Provides an effective and confidential secretarial, calendar management, expense management and administrative service.
- Provide proactive and effective travel management and oversight to Senior Management as and when required.
- Maintain an up-to-date, accurate and effective filing system and retrieval.
- Responsible for the typing and preparation of creative, accurate presentations, meeting pack content including chasing, collating, printing and scanning documents as required and ensure they are produced on time.
- Organisation of multiple team away days, proactive event organisation for social parties and other company gatherings.
