REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of a year's post-RICS qualification
- Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
- VRS registered
- Technical Residential Surveying experience
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident user of MS Office
- Basic salary £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Car allowance £4,800 + mileage
- Fee Share (15K - 25K OTE)
