Connaught Resourcing is a health and social care recruitment agency specialising in integrated urgent care across NHS 111, 999 and urgent care settings. We are currently looking to increase our pool of Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support with locum shifts in urgent care centres across Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
The role will mainly involve face to face appointments, but you may also be required to undertake telephone triage and home visits.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide patient education on health management and preventive care strategies.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse or Paramedic) with relevant certification (Masters Equivalent).
