The Contracts Manager will oversee multiple prime residential projects simultaneously, ensuring schemes are delivered to the highest possible standards across programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction. You will act as a senior figure within the delivery team, maintaining excellent communication with clients and consultants while supporting Site Managers and project teams throughout the full construction lifecycle.

- Managing multiple high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Overseeing programme management, quality assurance and commercial performance
- Leading and mentoring Site Managers and operational teams
- Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and commercial departments

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an experienced construction professional who genuinely understands the expectations of the luxury private residential market:
- Proven experience delivering prime residential construction projects
- Strong listed building and heritage refurbishment experience
- Experience managing projects valued up to £6m+
- Quantity Surveying background or formal QS training
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Stable career history within high-end residential construction
Location Requirement:
Due to the nature of the projects and team structure, applicants must live within approximately 45 minutes of the Cotswolds region. You will work alongside highly skilled tradespeople, respected architects and premium private clients on projects where quality genuinely comes before volume.
