Contracts Manager Job Description: The Contracts Manager will oversee multiple prime residential projects simultaneously, ensuring schemes are delivered to the highest possible standards across programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction. You will act as a senior figure within the delivery team, maintaining excellent communication with clients and consultants while supporting Site Managers and project teams throughout the full construction lifecycle.
Contracts Manager Key responsibilities:
- Managing multiple high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and design teams
- Overseeing programme management, quality assurance and commercial performance
- Leading and mentoring Site Managers and operational teams
- Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and commercial departments
- Coordinating specialist subcontractors and traditional trades
