Talos360, Best Workplace in Europe 2024 winner, are looking for a top Lead Generation Consultant to join our team. Basic Salary £24k-£30k (DOE) with OTE £40k+! Based in Warrington, with hybrid working available (Monday, Tuesday and Friday Office; Wednesday and Thursday from Home).

Our Lead Generation Consultants achieve £35-40k in year 1 with year 2 earnings upwards of £40k! There is also a salary ladder in place and yearly salary reviews so you can be assured your basic salary will increase with your performance. Our top Lead Generation Consultants have progressed to become Business Development Managers or Account Managers.

As Lead Generation Consultant, you will work as part of the Business Development team to identify new prospects. You will use Sales Force to map out clients and work with our marketing leads to contact customers regarding our Talos ATS products. We have plenty of testimonials to back up our success to ensure you have all the tools to be successful.

In order to be successful, you will need to be financially motivated, passionate about your own development and able to learn! Ideally, you will have worked in a sales position and be used to achieving targets. You will receive full training and be based at our office in Gemini Business Park, Warrington.
