Job Description
Our client a top 25 employer are looking for an extraordinary Kitchen Sales Designer to join our established Depot in Guernsey!
Salary: £32,000 + OTE £40k
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm + every other Saturday 8am-12pm.
MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVERS LICENSE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE!
You'll be the driving force behind transforming out traders clients' kitchen aspirations into captivating realities.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Trade customers, delving into their home spaces to capture their visions. You'll work closely with traders and will be responsible for building rapport, maintaining relationships and negotiating to sell at trade price.
Prior design (CAD) experience is required however full training is provided both face-to-face and online. The training encompasses everything you need to know including kitchen measuring and compliance, design, product knowledge and sales skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £32,000 dependant on experience and a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £40,000. You will also receive fantastic training opportunities to help propel your career. Many of our current Regional and Area Manager started out as Kitchen Sales Designers.
