The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Installations Manager to join a well-established Building Division. This role is responsible for leading and managing installation services across the region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification and in line with high customer and quality standards. You will manage and coordinate subcontract installation teams, balance operational demands, and act as a professional representative of the business while driving performance across your area.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating installation teams to meet demanding quality and service requirements
- Recruiting and managing subcontract labour to maintain adequate fitter capacity
- Ensuring area performance targets and KPIs are achieved
- Managing administrative duties in line with the role
- Promoting a professional image and representing the company positively
About You
You will be:
- A confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- IT literate and comfortable with administrative tasks
- Professionally presented and customer-focused
You Will Ideally Have
- Experience within fast-track building environments
- Background in installations and/or the furniture industry
- A hands-on, proactive approach
