We are currently seeking an Assistant Building Caretaker to work on accommodation in the Elgin area. This is a part-time role working 4 days a week as follows: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00.

The work will be exteriors - grass cutting and grounds maintenance and internally keeping communal areas clean, reporting any maintenance works to the Maintenance Technician. There will be multiple properties, so a driver's licence is essential.
