An experienced insurance support specialist is sought to join a small, close-knit team of six, supporting a well-established insurance business with offices in Harpenden and at Lloyd's of London. This is a numbers-heavy role. A good chunk of the work involves processing figures, currency conversions, percentages, and risk data, so you'll need to be comfortable with maths and have a methodical, organised approach. There's also some accounts processing involved alongside the core insurance administration.
What you'll be doing:
- Entering new risks onto the CRM, working with figures, currencies, and percentages
- Producing insurance contracts in MS Word and issuing them to clients
- Updating the CRM with payments and changes to risk information
- Handling queries as they arise
