A growing and ambitious recruitment agency based in Knaresborough is currently expanding internationally with new offices in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing business at a key stage of growth, with clear progression and excellent earning potential.
This role would suit someone who is driven, resilient and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous, but personality, attitude and ambition are equally important.
The Role:- Sourcing candidates through advertising, social media, job boards, networking and referrals
- Managing incoming applications, conducting discovery calls and interviews, and recording candidate information accurately
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database for future searches and opportunities
- Promoting vacancies to suitable candidates and briefing them fully on the role, company and interview process
- Coordinating interviews, managing feedback and maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process alongside senior consultants
- Creating candidate and client marketing content in line with brand guidelines
- Using social media to promote vacancies, build networks and increase brand awareness
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, driven and eager to succeed
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
