We have been providing recruitment and candidate research services since 2011. Based in York, we are a small, close-knit team. We work collaboratively, hold ourselves to high standards, and take genuine pride in the quality of service we deliver to clients and candidates alike. In a team of this size, your contribution is visible and your development is taken seriously.
We recruit nationally for permanent positions, mainly working with main contractors and their first-tier supply chains typically at strategic and middle management level. Our reputation is built on sector depth, rigorous candidate qualification, and long-term client relationships.
This role is suited to someone at the start of their recruitment career who wants to develop within a defined specialism. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and appetite to learn, who we can develop into an excellent specialist recruiter through a structured two-year programme.
The Delivery Consultant is a specialist 180-degree recruitment role, focused entirely on managing the end-to-end candidate process from initial sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding. You will work alongside our Account Managers to resource live jobs for existing clients, taking ownership of candidate identification, qualification, and preparation. From the outset, you will be coached directly by the Managing Director and follow a structured two-year development programme covering every stage of the recruitment lifecycle and building the knowledge, habits, and relationships that underpin a long-term career in specialist recruitment. As you develop, you will take ownership of an assigned job function and industry group within the construction sector, building a candidate network that is genuinely yours to grow.
Progression to Senior Delivery Consultant is available to anyone who achieves the required performance objectives across any two consecutive quarters. For those with ambition beyond that, there is no glass ceiling on how far you can go.
