If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor experienced within the infrastructure sector, preferably utilities and water sector, and looking for a new career, then this could be your opportunity.

To be successful you will need to hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and have vast experience with NEC forms of contract.

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • You will be dealing with the operations and reporting to the management team
  • Covering small to intermediate works
  • Attend meetings - weekly and monthly
  • Administration of NEC3 contracts - Option A and C including PSC
  • Preparation of EWNs to both supply chain and clients
  • Preparation of CEs to supply chain and clients
  • Pre, during and post contract liaison with clients and supply chain
  • Supply chain negotiation
  • Maintain contract project documentation
  • Manage and value variations / CEs
  • Preparation and submission of: monthly valuations, final accounts, project tenders
  • Monitor change control at project level
  • Work with the programmers at project level
  • Maintain and develop all working relationships - clients and supply chain
  • Open to travel in the London area

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Holds BSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience of NEC contract environment
  • Confident user of Excel
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
