This is a critical hire for a growing business that's midway through a major digital transformation. They are modernising core systems, migrating from on-prem to cloud, and rebuilding their architecture from the ground up with Microsoft tools at the centre. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to write strategy but for an individual who also wants to deliver it. They are looking for someone who's as comfortable getting hands-on with solutions as they are presenting strategy at leadership level. You'll act as a technical lead, a mentor, and a trusted advisor across the organisation. Applications, integrations, and data are at the heart of the challenge and the business needs someone who can own and deliver that blueprint and roll up their sleeves when need be. Ambitious, engaging and somebody who inspires.

- Key leadership role in an organisation undergoing major transformation
- High visibility direct reporting line into the CTO and a place on the leadership team

- Microsoft-centric tech stack (Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, Fabric)
- Salesforce and wider SaaS tool integrations
- Applications and integrations are a key focus, with cloud migration underway
- No rigid frameworks - this is about practical outcomes, not purely theoretical models
