Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing plots from pre-plaster stage through to successful customer handover, ensuring every home is delivered to the highest possible standard. This role is ideal for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager who enjoys the finishing stages of housebuilding, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in delivering homes that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the Site Manager in the successful delivery of a residential development
- Managing plots from Stage 3 (pre-plaster) through to completion and handover
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme and to company quality standards
- Coordinating subcontractors, finishing trades and material deliveries
- Monitoring health and safety on site
