The Events Sales and Marketing Manager will proactively generate and convert leads for weddings, private dining, corporate events and social functions. The Events Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract. They will build lasting relationships with the public, event planners, corporate clients and local businesses.
The Events Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the social media presence, digital marketing and email campaigns, creating compelling content that showcases the venue and drives enquiries. They will work closely with our operations and catering teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences. Additionally, they will develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue and venue profile.
Set across stunning grounds in the heart of Bromley/Hayes, The Venue is the home of the proud members' club serving the local community - and is the premier venue for weddings, corporate events, celebrations and social occasions. Set in 22 acres with a Grade 2 listed clubhouse, they are growing fast and need someone with the commercial flair, creative vision and personal touch to take our events programme to the next level.
Events Sales and Marketing Manager Profile:
- Proven experience in venue, hospitality or events sales (essential); wedding sales experience is a strong advantage
- Marketing experience including social media, digital campaigns and content creation
- Creative, with a strong eye for what makes a venue stand out
- Someone who takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ideal candidate will be an organised, energetic, and sales-driven individual with a passion for events, particularly private celebrations and weddings.
