We are a growing property maintenance and building company seeking experienced Floor Layers to join our team on a permanent basis in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. The role will involve working on a variety of commercial and residential projects, primarily installing safety flooring including Polysafe and cap & cove systems.

Role Responsibilities

  • Installation of Polysafe and other safety flooring products
  • Cap & cove flooring installation
  • Floor preparation and finishing
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety on site

Requirements

  • Previous experience fitting Polysafe / safety flooring
  • Experience with cap & cove installations
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Good attitude and reliable work ethic

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Carpet fitting experience
  • Experience across a variety of flooring types
