This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, multi-disciplinary practice offering genuine autonomy, technical variety, and long-term progression.

We are looking for an MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience to work independently across a broad mix of residential and commercial projects.

You will work independently across a broad range of residential and commercial properties throughout Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, the New Forest, and occasional UK-wide sites.

  • Building and condition surveys
  • Structural inspections
  • Managing small-works projects, including JCT contract administration
  • Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and regulations
  • Full UK driving licence

Up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
