Job Description

Sales Executive

Edinburgh (Leith) - Office Based

£45,000 - £55,000

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for new-logo wins. Heavy emphasis on cold calling and self-generated leads through joining dots and networking. This is an outbound-heavy role: you'll be expected to generate your own pipeline through high-volume cold calling, targeted email and networking through events and LinkedIn.

What you'll do:

  • Generate the majority of your own pipeline through high-volume outbound: daily cold calling, targeted email and LinkedIn outreach into hospitality venues and groups.
  • Build and work target account lists with personalised, well-researched outreach that earns the meeting rather than relying on volume alone.
  • Run structured discovery on every opportunity to understand the venue's guest journey, tech stack and commercial goals.
  • Use LLM tooling as standard to raise the quality and volume of your output: account research, call prep, personalised outreach and follow-ups.
  • Run demos that follow the guest journey, not the feature list: show how data capture, marketing, bookings, loyalty and reviews compound into repeat visits and measurable revenue.
  • Work with marketing and partnerships on lead quality, routing and attribution; keep the CRM current so every deal is attributed to its correct source, stage and close date.

What they are looking for:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS or hospitality tech; comfortable running a full sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident on the phone and committed to high-volume cold calling as a core part of the role.
  • Disciplined on CRM, forecasting and follow-up.
